User - a subject who uses the Portal, uses the information and services provided by the Portal, and also posts any information on the Portal.

1. General provisions

• This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) was developed taking into account the principles and rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union in relation to Users of the Portal and establishes the procedure for receiving, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, protecting and disclosing personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) using the Portal and related services and tools.
• Data means any information directly or indirectly related to a specific User. This may be: first name, last name, patronymic, information about the type of activity, email address, telephone number, region and address (place of residence, stay, work), information about the User’s actions on the Portal, IP address, data about devices (computer , browser type) used by the User, messages (information contained in correspondence between Users, as well as in correspondence with the Portal Administration), other information through which communication is carried out, which, at the User’s request, is provided to them in the registration form when filling out the Personal Account on the Portal, when posting an advertisement on the “bulletin board”, when completing a survey (by filling out a questionnaire or in another way), writing a message or review, or information received through oral communication between the User and the Portal Administration, information provided when paying and/or using any service (service) provided by the Portal.
• Data processing means any actions with Data, including, but not limited to: access, provision, distribution, collection, systematization, storage, accumulation, recording, transfer, blocking, deletion, clarification, updating, depersonalization and other ways of using Data by the Portal.
• The User, having registered on the Portal, while entering his personal Data and/or providing this Data in another way, and/or performing any actions within the Portal and/or using any part of the site and/or by permission, activated the “register” button and/or activated (clicked) the "place an order" button through the site form and/or sends a request for a "call back" and/or leaves a "feedback" on the Portal and/or independently enters Data, expresses his agreement with the provisions of this Policy and grants the Portal, as well as third parties providing Portal services, permission to process their own personal data.
• The User has no right to use the Portal if he does not agree with the terms of this Policy.
• The User acknowledges that if he is negligent about the security and protection of his Data and authorization data (password, login), third parties may gain unauthorized access to the account and User Data.

2. What Data may be collected and processed

• First name, last name, patronymic (if any), details of the company’s authorized person, company name, company details, contact numbers, email address, company location address, other contact information at the User’s request (for example, place and/or work address).
• Information about the User's account (including login, phone number), email address, login and password, other Data necessary for servicing the Portal Users, communication with Users, including in the process of the User contacting the Portal support service.
• Information that Users provide to the Portal when concluding service agreements.
• Information necessary for communication between Users of the Portal, receiving and sending messages, posting reviews, comments, fulfilling requests from Users and receiving feedback from the User if necessary, contacting support, complaints, claims, other requests.
• Data about devices used by Users, information about Users’ websites, such as: IP address; the date and time when the User uses the Portal, information about the software, as well as the Internet browser used by the User.
• Data obtained as a result of various surveys conducted by the Portal and/or third parties authorized by the Portal in order to improve the provision of services to Users; information received by the Portal as a result of marketing activities.
• The information was obtained legally by the Portal from partners and/or third parties.
• The Portal can process Data using:
• Cookies (text or binary data received from a website on a web server, which is stored by the client, i.e. the browser, and then sent to the same site if it is visited again).
• pixels (digital images, an element of the matrix of displays that form the image), allowing to track the frequency of the User’s use of the web page in order to determine the User’s browser, as well as to eliminate errors in the operation of the Portal, while all information is processed “as is” and does not change in the process Data collection.

3. Use, exchange and purposes of Data processing

• To identify the client as a Portal User, to communicate with the User, including for the provision of services, reporting, sending mailings by mail, e-mail, telephone, including for the purpose of sending commercial offers, messages about promotions and news of the Portal, and also other sites of the Portal group, analyzing User activity, searching by keywords, managing traffic on the Portal; conducting research and analytical activities, as well as ensuring compliance by Users with the terms of the User Agreement, Rules for posting information on the Portal, Rules for publishing reviews, Rules for registration of product items, Rules for posting advertisements.
• For the purpose of displaying the data specified by buyers/sellers in orders, messages, advertisements, in the Accounts of sellers/buyers on the Portal.
• The Portal does not process data related to race, nationality, political views, religious and other beliefs, or membership in public organizations. Information characterizing the physiological characteristics of users, on the basis of which their identity can be established, is also not processed.
• The terms of processing and storage of Data are determined based on the purposes of Data processing, as well as on the basis of the conditions that may be specified when placing the Data.

4. Conditions for providing access to Data

• Disclosure of Data is made when the User orders goods/services on the Portal to the seller/supplier of such goods and services, but only to the extent necessary to identify the User and his order, message, request. In addition, the disclosure of Data is carried out upon registration/authorization of the User in the Buyer/Seller Account on the Portal.
• Disclosure of Data occurs when the User sends notifications to the buyer/seller, applications, or publishes reviews, but only to the extent necessary to identify the User.
• The Portal contains links to other web resources that are not covered by this Policy.
• The Portal processes data on a legal and fair basis. The Data is not disclosed to third parties and is not distributed without the consent of the User, with the exception of:
• cases provided for by international law and only in the interests of security, economic well-being and human rights;
• in the event that the Portal has reasonable suspicions of violation by the User of the terms of this Policy and/or other contracts and agreements concluded between the Portal and the User, as well as the provisions of the User Agreement, Rules for posting information on the Portal, Rules for publishing reviews, Rules for registration of product items, Rules for posting advertisements.
• The Portal reserves the right to exchange Data with government agencies in order to prevent fraud on the Portal; settlement of disputes and clarification of circumstances that may cause a violation of international law, as well as in the event that the Portal identifies unlawful actions of Portal Users and/or receives claims, complaints, and appeals from third parties.

5. How to change/delete Data or revoke the agreement

• Users can change/delete personal information at any time, or refuse to send messages, or withdraw consent to Data processing through their Personal Account or by sending a message to the following email address: support@kazvek.com
• Upon receipt of such a message, the processing of the User's Data will cease and his Data will be deleted, except in cases where such processing may be necessary in accordance with international law and to prevent abuse of the Portal.
• The Portal processes and stores Data to implement the purposes specified in this Policy for the entire period required for this.

6. Data Protection

• When processing Data, the Portal applies all necessary technical, organizational, legal measures to protect Data from unlawful and/or unauthorized access to such Data, including changes, deletion, provision, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions.
• The Portal constantly monitors the measures taken to ensure Data security.

7. Additional terms

• The Portal reserves the right to change the terms of this policy at any time. In this case, the updated version will be posted on this page of the site. If the User does not agree with the changes, he undertakes to immediately stop any use of the Portal.
• The Portal is not responsible for harm or damage incurred by the User or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Policy.
